300 Blackhawk Rd. Division 07 North Tryon 7/8/2008 23:30 Robbery from Person - Armed The victim reported being robbed by three Hispanic male suspects armed with a shotgun. No injuries.
1200 Allen St. Division 06 Eastway 7/8/2008 22:19 Traffic Stop Eastway Division officer initiated a traffic stop. The driver resisted arrest and was sprayed with OC Spray. No injuries.
11300 Huntington Meadow Ln. Division 21 Steele Creek 7/8/2008 21:57 Rape/Sexual Assault The victim reported being sexually assaulted by a known suspect.
