A female victim reported being sexually assaulted by a H/M wearing blue shorts, a white tank top, and brown boots. The suspect fled on foot.

9/10/2008 19:02 Robbery from Business - Armed
A slender B/M, approx. 20 years of age, 6ft. tall, wearing a black shirt and a black mask attempted to enter the barber shop. The door to the business was locked so the suspect produced a handgun and shot through the window of the business. The suspect fled the scene in a black Mitsubishi Mirage w/ a N.C. tag driven by another B/M. The barber shop employee sustained a minor cut on his finger and was treated at the scene by medic.

Officers assisted CFD w/ diverting traffic around N. Tryon St., Sugar Creek, and 36th St. area due to severe flooding. CFD involved in numerous swift water rescues from vehicles and businesses in the area.
