The victim person reported that a black male, light skin, approximately 6'0", 170 pounds,wearing dark clothing and a dark winter hat, was armed with a handgun and robbed them. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries.

The victim business, Deli El Salvador was robbed at gunpoint by a black male who was in all black. The suspect fled in a silver Dodge Mini Van. No injuries.

The victim was shot outside of his home and pronounced deceased on scene. A suspect was taken into custody and charged with murder. The suspect and victim were known to each other; not a random act of violence.

Westover Division Officers observed a suspicious vehicle but lost sight of it. The vehicle was then located abandoned, running. K-9 responded and was able to track and locate to suspects under a house. The vehicle was confirmed stolen from 9:00 pm on 1/14/09. Auto Theft Detectives are responding.

Lior Ann Melehi was arrested for DWI after striking 5 different vehicles with the vehicle she was driving in a center city parking lot. There were no injuries.
