Call received about a burglary in progress at Chuuka Chinese Restaurant. Officers arrived to observe a broken window. A short time later 4 subjects in all black came from behind the building and fled on foot. 3 of the 4 subjects was apprehended by officers. Det. Baker from Burglary is interviewing. Great work by all involved!

Female victim went to her mailbox when a B/M, 18-20, 5'4", thin build, wearing a short sleeved striped polo pointed a chrome handgun at her and demanded her purse which the victim gave to him. The suspect then fled on foot, possibly to an unknown waiting suspect vehicle. No shots fired, no injuries.

CMPD received a call reference to a woman who was shot walking home from the store apparently with a paintball gun. There had been reports of similar incidents recently and a similar incident occurred a month ago. Officer Sammis stopped a gray Mercury Sable at Tuckaseegee & Toddville which contained several paintball type weapons and 4 male suspects, 2 adult & 2 juveniles. Juveniles were not involved in the incident today. 2 adult males were arrested. Victim sustained NLT injuries.

Officers attempted to stop a stolen vehicle and the occupants jumped and ran. One of the occupants was a pregnant female who was apprehended. The driver was identified. Auto Theft Detectives assisted with investigation.

H/M victim advised that as he was walking a B/M suspect ran out from behind a business, put a gun to his head and demanded his wallet. The victim advised the suspect that he didn't have a wallet. A suspect vehicle pulled up, possibly brown/maroon or dark purple Caprice or Monte Carlo and the suspect jumped in and fled. Suspect: B/M, 28, short hair, scruffy beard, yellow hoodie, black semi auto pistol. No shots fired, no injuries.

Two patrons of EL COMALAPA CLUB got into an argument and one went out and got his gun and fired two shots at the business. Initially the manager/owner thought that he had glass in his foot, but when he got to the hospital, it was discovered that he had been shot in the foot. Injuries are NLT.

The H/M victims gave the 2 suspects a ride from the Exxon to the Econo Lodge. Once in the lot of the Econo Lodge one of the suspects pulled a gun and demanded money. The victims gave up their money and cell phone. Suspects: #1: B/M, tall, dark skinned, w/ gold bottom teeth, dark BB cap w/ NY on front, armed w/ silver or black 9mm pistol. #2: B/M, light skinned, short, bald, dark shirt & hoodie. Suspects fled on foot after the robbery. No shots fired, no injuries.
