One vehicle accident on The Plaza. Vehicle hit a utility pole, lines down across the road. Duke Power notified. The Plaza will be closed between Anderson and Sugar Creek until lines can be cleared. One occupant, the driver, has NLT injuries and is being arrested for DWI. UPDATE: Outbound The Plaza is now OPEN (2340 hours). Inbound The Plaza diverted to Oakwood Ave., est opening inbound lanes at 0400 hours.
