Independence Blvd. @ Brookshire - HOMICIDE: A B/M subject (victim of gunshot wounds) was found lying in the roadway beside his vehicle at the above location. The victim was transported to CMC where he was pronounced dead. The shooting is believed to have occurred nearby. Police have no further information to share at this time. Homicide Detectives are conducting the investigation.
6500 Monteith Dr. - The victim advised that he was robbed of a pack of cigarettes by (2) B/M's (1 armed with a handgun). Shots were fired while the victim was struggling with the armed suspect. There were no injuries and the suspects fled on foot.
3900 block of Greensboro Street- The victim was approached by a male with a mask covering his face. The armed suspect demanded property from the victim who complied. The suspect fled on foot.
3431 Teal Point Dr. - Victim was robbed of a necklace at knifepoint by a B/M. The suspect was later apprehended. Robbery Detective conducting follow-up.
2813 W. Sugar Creek Road - (2) masked B/M's (1 armed with a handgun) robbed Desire's Beauty Supply. The suspects fled the scene on foot.
5334 Cambridge Bay Dr. - The victim was robbed at gunpoint by (3) B/M's (1 armed with a handgun). The suspects fled on foot.
6849 South Blvd. - A B/M armed with a handgun robbed the employees of the Tire Kingdom as they were closing the business for the night. Suspect was last seen leaving on foot.
