4100 Brookshire Blvd.- A B/M armed with a handgun approached the drive-thru window at the Burger King and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect fled the scene without taking any money. He was operating a white colored vehicle, possibly a Toyota.
3009 The Plaza- Officers were called to the Food Lion in reference to a combative larceny suspect. The suspect had cut the security guard at the store with a razor and attempted to assault officers once they arrived at the scene. Officers deployed a taser to take the subject into custody without further incident.
3515 W. W. T. Harris Blvd.- A B/M armed with a handgun approached the drive-thru window at the Jack In The Box and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect fled the scene without taking any money. He was operating a white colored vehicle.
Cummings Ave.- Officers were called to Lynchester Place in reference to a subject who had been shot in the back. The victim advised that he was shot during a reported robbery attempt on Cummings Ave. and drove to the above location. The victim was alert and conscious at the scene but will be transported for treatment. There is no suspect information available at this time
1708 Burnette Ave.- The victim was inside of his residence when someone shot through his window and he was struck in the shoulder by the round. The victim was transported to CMC with non life threatening injuries. There is no suspect information available
4705 Central Avenue- H/M operating a mobile vending business was robbed upon closing by 2 B/Ms in dark clothing armed with one handgun. The victim was not injured.
Rozzelles Ferry Road/ Valleydale Road- Attempted kidnapping of a 21 year old female while she was walking home. Suspect: W/M; late 30s, brown short hair, no facial hair, driving a blue or gray Caprice, indicated that he had a weapon. Victim ran away and was not injured.
2700 block Barringer Drive- 16 year old female reported that she was sexually assaulted. Sexual Assault Unit notified.
1430 Alleghany Street- Break-in reported at Phillip O. Berry Academy.
3200 The Plaza- Victim reported that he was physically assaulted and robbed by a B/M wearing a red shirt and green hoodie. Suspect approached victim first by asking to use his phone.
