23:38 Larceny
Seven vehicles were broken into by unknown suspects in the area of E 36th Street and North Davidson Street. Eastway Division is investigating.

23:31 Robbery from Business - Armed
Victim s stated that they were closing the business when three BMs approached them and demanded property. The suspects were wearing dark clothing armed with handguns. There was no injury to the victims.

The victim was cut with a knife during an argument. The victim has minor injuries. The suspect was arrested.
7500 Old Statesville Rd.
Division 11 North

The victim reported that he was shot by a male suspect. The suspect fled into a trailer. Officers were unable to get the suspect to come out of the trailer. SWAT responded and is attempting to negotiate the suspects surrender. Update: SWAT officers forced entry and found the residence to be vacant.
