Why do so few ruin a great city

I Remeber a story of two cars full of thugs with AK 47,s chasing each other through the druid hills community. Shooting at each other, wildly at high speeds. Not caring where there stray bullets went. A young man, Father, Husband, trying to give his family the best he can afford, throws himself toward his daughter laying in her crib. He takes a bullet to the belly. In critical condition, he is rushed to the hospital by MEDIC. This Man who exemplifies the best, and the majority in the black community was gravely wounded by thugs, protecting his family.
My question is "Why do so few,not only ruin a city. But hurt, maim and kill those who work so hard to provide a family a stable . environment to those they love ? "
So thugs , gang bangers and any other degenerate and worthless members of society , feel free to answer this question. I can give more examples of how the members of the Black,White And hispanic community,Who are terrorized by you and how you have destroyed the lives of hard working and honest people?

Bottom line is the Black community has incubated the criminals that we all have to deal with. Unwed mothers hatching more kids than they can handle, unwillingness to achieve basic employment, relying on government subsidies has all culminated in the culture we have today.
The black culture is it's own worse enemy, they will never assimilate into main stream society by behaving like simian beasts. It's too bad that innocent folks have to get in the way but how could society not see this coming?
