OC, since this is the high end business district and considered the nicest part of NYC I am not so sure the stats really match up with Charlotte. Could you offer more info on the other parts of NYC that are more like Charlotte. Just a frindley suggestion to keep the critics from geeting amo. Perhaps I am dead wrong, but just wanted to bring it up. Great site, keep it up.
