According to the police crime is down across the board, does that mean that the jail is now so full that the inmates are sleeping on the floor or are criminals afraid of the new police chief?
Unless the criminals have left the area or are in jail I believe the drop in crime is due to other factors. I predict a rise in crime when the weather warms up.
I have also heard that the police are bundling certain crimes together and that is what caused the (drop in crime) . I hope not, what a crappy thing to do if that is true!
