Well if what I just found out is true, Then in a few hours (again) we will see how someone who gos on and on committing little crimes and is never really punished, ends up doing a big one. At least arrested for it.

Mr Cyrus got it. A long time crack head. He spent no real time in jail. Now hes killed someone. I think it might have turned out differently had he spent 60 days in jail each time he he was locked up in the past.
