Murder on Carter Creek Dr. NEED INFO PLEASE

Does anyone know anything about a possible murder that took place on Carter Creek Drive? The name of the apartments are now called Matthews Crossing but could have been named something different a year or two ago. I need to get information on a possible murder that occured there. In addition, does the leasing office have to disclose that kind of info to you if they rent you an apartment where a murder occured?

This only a guess but I do not think they have to notify you about any murders that occurred there. I am sure that is something they don't want you to know...
