Belmont Neighborhood

I just purchased a home in the Belmont neighborhood near Uptown. Just wondering if anyone had any personal experiences or was very familiar with this area. Any comments on what to expect....or what the potential is for this neighborhood? I have seen some positives things..... but I think I may still be ahead of the curve.........thanks for any responses in advance !!!

I think it is definitely a good investment but is going to take some time to get area cleaned up. There are still alot of undesireables in that area but just hang in there and it will pay off. Good luck.
