If you had recording why didn't DA listen to it and your attorney insist on it. What were police doing there to begin with???

No I'm not an attorney or DA just an average citizen who could easily be on your jury and just like for things to make sense..which this doesn't. You better work on getting facts together before your case because to be honest it sounds ridiculous!

FYI.
I wrote to 'fightforjustice' for an explanation but I have not received any response. You are right, this story does sound sketchy.
fightforjustice, what are the charges against you and your family? I am not sure I understand what the crime is with spinning tires. It sounds like there is a lot more to the story you aren't disclosing.

After listening to Jeff Katz today on 1110 AM it sounds like the police certainly aren't the ones in control of the courts. They don't have any more power than anybody else. Let's join Katz in his mission also to make assault on an officer a felony. And we can't give up pressing our legislators until we get more of money for our criminal justice system also!

I would love to hear the details of this "case". I would be interested to know where "fightforjustice" was a police officer. So far all I have read is extremely confusing and disjointed.

I did write you back but have not heard back from you. I would be more than happy to meet with you and go over the matter with you so that clearly understand. I look forward to meeting you.. fightforjustice, Thank you for responding to my email. I think you are confusing me with some of the other respondents. I only post as 'OnCrime.' I will be happy to sit down and talk with you. Hopefully, we can find a time to meet in the near future. However, it would be great if you could share the details with all of us reading your posts. At least provide details about what happened on this board.

Fight for justice. i agree its always a god idea to record everything. I dont know what happened in your case but if there was and I stresss was police misconduct then it needs to be known. I dont know your charges or any details. i know there have been incidents of police abusing there power but i believe the majority are good people.

FightforJustice I know you are correct when you say there are some law enforcement officers who do not like to be questioned on their actions. There are a few bad apples in very basket.
We seem to picture events and stories of other persons events by our own past experience. Which some times positive and other times negative.
You have a right for your day in court..... may justice be served.
