3125 Columbus Circle- The Checker cab driver was robbed by an armed customer sitting in the rear of the cab. The cab driver shot the suspect while the suspect was still in the cab. Homicide responded.
3920 The Plaza- Victim reported that he was placing his young daughter in his vehicle when he was approached by an armed suspect demanding money. Victim withdrew money several times from the ATM at the demands of the suspect. B/M suspect, 5'9", 170lbs, 20yoa, armed with a black 9mm. No injuries.
3528 Winterfield Pl.- The victim was shot once in the upper leg by an unknown suspect, the victim was transported to CMC with NLT injuries. Hispanic male victim sustained a non-life threatening gunshot to his buttocks. Victim did not advise any suspect information to police.
1100 E. Sugar Creek Road - Follow-up from First Citizens Bank Robbery, Morrison Boulevard (20061129-1316-02): Initial information provided believed suspect to be inside the Continental Inn. SWAT made entry, suspect was not located. Combined efforts of CMPD Communications, Robbery Unit, SWAT, Eastway Division, and the assistance of the York County Sheriff's Department and Columbia Police Department led to Tarvis Dunham's arrest. No injuries. Great Work!
3001 Gloryland Avenue- Male victim was taking trash outside after cleaning the church when he was approached by a suspect armed with a black handgun. Suspect robbed the victim, forced him inside his loaner 2007 silver Cadillac ( "Arnold Palmer" decal in center of back window). Victim released short distance later. No injuries. B/M suspect, 5'11", 165lbs, approximately 22 yoa.
1900 Milton Road- Female victim reported that a H/M and B/M pushed her and attempted to rob her. Two males went to aid the victim and sustained non-life threatening injuries after being cut by the suspect's pocket knife. Suspects arrested.
9033 S. Tryon Street - Female victim reported that she was robbed at gunpoint by a B/M armed with a silver handgun. Victim employee of Dunkin Donuts had just locked the business and walked to her vehicle. Suspect fled in a black Pontiac Grand Prix with a deck lid spoiler. No injuries.
7701 Waterford Ridge Drive - Victim reported that he had just arrived at the apartment complex when he was approached by 2 B/Ms, one armed with a black handgun, demanding his vehicle. Suspects fled in his gray 2002 Honda Civic, NC registration WPX8735. Suspects contacted victim later wanting money in exchange for his vehicle. No injuries.
4829 Murrayhill Road - Unknown suspect(s) entered an occupied residence forcefully. Suspect was surprised by two dogs; shot and killed one of the resident's dogs. Suspect then fled the scene.
