100 Red Roof Dr.- A B/M armed with a handgun entered the Circle K and demanded money from the register. The suspect fled the scene on foot.
2017 Atherton Heights Ln.- The victim was approached by (4) B/M's (1 armed with a handgun) who went through his pockets and took his keys. The suspects then searched the victims vehicle and fled the scene in a green colored VW Jetta. The vehicle and suspects are possibly related to earlier robberies.
9331 N. Tryon St.- (2) B/M's armed with handguns entered the Mighty Dollar and demanded money from the registers. Several customers were inside the store during the robbery and were also robbed of their cash and cell phones. The suspects fled the store on foot.
Seigle Ave. @ 17th St.- A subject arrived at Mercy Main with two gunshot wounds (NLT) to his abdomen and right hip. Victim reported that he was walking with his friend when he heard gunshots, hid behind a car, and was then shot. His friend reported that he observed a black Volvo occupied by 2 B/Ms and 1 B/F drove by and started shooting at them.
9212 Oren Thompson Road- Domino's Pizza delivery victim reported that he was delivering pizza to the listed address when no one answered the door. He was then approached by a B/M suspect, 21 yoa, 5'8", 150lbs, wearing a blue hoodie, white T-shirt; orange pants, armed with a shotgun. Victim was robbed of the pizza, cash, and his vehicle. Victim and another subject followed the suspect vehicle to a driveway where a gunshot was then heard. Victim returned to business and called police. No injuries. Vehicle recovered.
5605 Keyway Boulevard- Victim reported that after taking his garbage out, he noticed a B/M suspect inside his residence. The victim grabbed his handgun and was then struck in the back of the head by the suspect. During the struggle, the victim fired his handgun and the projectile struck his refrigerator. The suspect then fled on foot. Suspect: 5"11", 190lbs, wearing a dark doo rag, bandana, and blue hoodie.
701 N. Graham Street- Victim clerk reported that B/M entered business, heated store food in microwave, approached the counter, pulled out a knit cap indicating that he possessed a weapon and then demanded money. Suspect fled with money and several other items on foot. Suspect: 6'2", 180lbs, green pullover (located); white shirt, faded blue jeans, brown muddy boots, "scraggly" beard, royal blue toboggan. K-9 Officer responded. No injuries.
3100 E. Independence Boulevard- 17 year old female victim transported to Mercy Hospital by male friend for a gunshot wound to the head. Vehicle occupied by 3-4 B/M suspects with dreads, fired several gunshots into another vehicle striking the female front seat passenger. Female sustained a gunshot wound to her right ear; Transferred to CMC for non-life threatening injuries. Victims had left Club Genesis before the incident occurred.
13354 Albemarle Road- Victim reported that known suspects offered him a ride home. While inside the vehicle, the suspects then struck him several times causing a small cut to his face. Victim reported that the suspects took his money and a knife. Suspects fled in a black vehicle towards Albemarle, NC.
3700 Sam Wilson Road- Victim reported that a known suspect fired at him and missed. Victim reported that his vehicle was damaged by the gunfire.
5018 Sunset Road- Victim clerk at Circle K reported that a B/M armed with a handgun entered the business and demanded money. Suspect: 35 yoa; 6'0", 180lbs, wearing a red and blue baseball cap, blue and black T-shirt, gray pants. Suspect fled in a silver four door vehicle occupied by three other B/Ms. No injuries.
