5125 Birchbark Lane- The victim was leaving a friend's house when he was assaulted by 4 B/M's to whom he had spoken to earlier. The suspects stole the victim's property including keys to his mother's 1994 Volvo with NC tag TV5780. The victim fled the scene and returned later to find the vehicle stolen. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of NLT scrapes and bruises.
601 W Trade Street- Victim in this case advises that he was robbed by several black males. One suspect is a B/M, thin,
checkered shirt, short thin hair,short cut hair. Officers located the victim and he had an injury to the head - appeared to be NLT. Officers did locate a B/M that witnesses identified as one of the suspects.
5205 Monroe Road - Victim in this case advises that he was in the restroom and when he came out a B/M was standing in the room. B/M suspect began to fight him and then he advises that he was hit in the back of the head by someone else. Victim was transported for evaluation. NLT This appears to have been a robbery. B/M suspect was tall, with dreads, dark black jacket.
1919 Garnette Place- Victim in this case advises that he was inside of the residence at the above address when someone started shooting into the house. Victim was struck in the chest by either debris or a gunshot. Victim transported - but injuries appeared to be NLT. Officer followed to hospital. The other 2 people in the house were not hit and no one saw anything.
Cannon Ave and N Graham Street- Victim in this case advises that he was close to the Petro Express when he was robbed by a B/M. Suspect said he had a gun - but never showed it. Suspect was a B/M, 6'0", 185 lbs, mid 20's, black jacket with fur around the hood. No injuries.
Brookshire Blvd and Hovis Road- This was a DV between a girlfriend and boyfriend. Victim(female) says that she was breaking up with her boyfriend and that he got made and followed her in his car and was ramming her car. Officer could not confirm any damage, but filed report and took her to the magistrates office. Suspect had left the scene.
13500 Zora Road- Officers located an overturned van at this location. This was a one vehicle wreck. Driver was intoxicated and was arrested for DWI. All four were transported to be checked and then driver will be transported to the jail. Injuries appeared to be NLT.
Flatrock and Little Rock- Officer attempted to stop a car at this location and subject driving would not stop but was only going about 20 miles an hour. Driver finally slowed and stopped and jumped and ran. Owner of car thinks it was her juvenile son. Officers did not locate him.
3146 Freedom Drive- Officers were dispatched to this location in ref to a female out front of the business with a gun fighting with a male and they had heard one shot fired. Officers did find a shell casing and they found the female down the road. This was a DV situation and the female was arrested for shooting inside the city and CCW. No one was injured.
2601 Tuckaseegee Road- Victim in this case advises that he was robbed by a B/M that had a gun and that got into a black Honda. Victim was intoxicated and wanted report because he has not paid rent in 2 months.
W Sugar Creek Road at Old Potters Road- Concord PD pursued a vehicle into Meck County for attempt breaking and entering into a business. CMPD did not engage in the pursuit. CMPD K9 assisted after the suspect jumped and ran from officers and the suspect was subsequently apprehended without incident.
