The victims were robbed at gunpoint by a B/M who fled the scene on a bicycle. The suspect was apprehended in the area. Robbery Detective conducting follow-up.

The female victim was shot in the leg by an unknown B/M suspect who fled the scene on foot. The victim was transported with NLT injury.

Officers responded to a call where a young female was found crying and walking outside alone. Officers found 2 and 6 year old siblings who had been left at home alone. DSS was called. After a time, the mother was found working and told to come home. An active DSS case was already in progress. The investigation is ongoing.

The Petro Express was robbed by a B/M armed with a handgun who got into a burgundy Toyota Camry driven by another B/M. The vehicle was later located and the driver questioned about the robbery which is still under investigation.

The driver of a Ford Explorer struck 2 power poles then crashed into Oakhurst Elementary School. Th e driver was treated at Presby for NLT injuries. Power to the school was knocked out. Duke Power reported that power may be restored by noon. The school will be closed this day.
