What amazes me is the "How dare you try to curtail my criminal activities!" expressions on their faces in these mug shots.
This photo looks like this scumbag feels that HE is the offended party!

Another one that needs to stay in jail and not get out he raped a woman. he needs to serve time.i hope its not just a slap on the hand and the court system lets him go free.

The strength in the level of restraint with which the child's (victim's) parents acted upon locating this suspect at the scene and after our arrival was exemplary and commendable. Had their shoes been on my feet, I don't believe I would be able to demonstrate their plane of control.

21% of the US population in 1994 were victims of a sexual assault
In 1991 there were more women raped in one year than there were American Military personnel killed during the entire Vietnam war
