I just found out someone I went out on a date with has a DV Restraining order and a violation of that restraining order warrant in the Mecklenburg system. In addition, he has been charged with stalking. If I wanted to get more information, do I have to go downtown to find out about the complaint? Or is there a way to do this more discreetly? This is public information right? How much info can I get?
