The suspect was taken into custody after he was involved in a traffic collision on Elm Lane at Ballantyne Commons Pkwy. Minor injuries sustained by other vehicle's occupant. ALE Agent had to use OC Spray on the suspect. CMPD did not engage in the pursuit.
