Three B/M suspects robbed the Smokey Joes Café at gunpoint. All of the suspects were armed and dressed in all black with black masks. Several shots were fired inside the business but no injuries were reported. The suspects' method of flight is unknown.

A W/F victim was pushed to the ground and her personal items taken by a B/M suspect. The suspect was described as being @25 to 30 years old, 5"10, 180 lbs and wearing a dark long sleeved hooded sweatshirt. The victim received minor injuries from her fall. The subject fled the scene on foot.

Officer, code #3069 was assaulted by a subject that he came into contact with on Reagan Drive. The officer used force to restrain the subject until other officers could arrive. The suspect sustained minor injuries.

The B/M victim was assaulted with a knife by three B/M's and received a NLT injury to his stomach. The victim was uncooperative with police and refused to make a report.

Westover Division officers were involved in a foot chase with a business B/E suspect. The suspect was Tased and arrested for breaking into Gilbert Food Services. Sergeant Harris will be completing the Supervisor's Investigation.

A W/F victim was robbed by a B/M suspect described as being 6'0, 170 lbs and wearing all black. No weapons were indicated and the victim sustained minor injuries from being struck in the face by the suspect. The suspect fled the scene on foot.

Victim's mother reported that in October of 2003, the female suspect, who was 18 at the time, had inappropriate physical contact with her daughter who was eleven at the time. Suspect was an acquaintance of the victim at that time.

Occupants of two vehicles were shooting at one another. An uninvolved third party vehicle was struck. No injuries. Both vehicles involved left the area. Black Cadilac and a white SUV.

The victim reported that he was forced from his vehicle and pistol whipped. A 2000 Pontiac Firebird that the victim had been driving was stolen and located later nearby in a crash. The victim was taken to CMC with NLT injuries.
