04:29 Robbery from Business - Armed
This is the Waffle House. Two employees and three customers advised that 2 B/M's came into the business and robbed it. Suspects were described as (1) B/M, 6'0, 220 lbs, green camouflage pants and green tee shirt, with a black bandana around his face and had a weapon (2) B/M, dreadlocks, weapon. Suspects left the store on foot.

05:25 Break/Enter Residential-Occupied
Male victim and female victim advised that 3 black males kicked open their door and robbed them. During this incident, several shots were fired and struck at least one other apartment. No injuries. Suspects fled on foot.

This accident involves a hit and run in which a tractor trailer hit overhead signals at the above location and left the scene. A charter bus then comes through the intersection and the lights swing down and hit the front of the bus. Inbound traffic is being rerouted off of Graham Street onto 24th Street and one outbound lane of North Graham Street is closed. There were non life-threatening injuries to the driver of the bus. This incident has left a few hundred people without power.

Male victim advised that upon answering the door to his residence, the suspect shot him in the leg; injury non life threatening. Victim uncooperative. B/F suspect, 30 years of age, blonde hair, wearing blue jean jacket and pants, left the scene operating a four door black Jeep.
