You have been paying a lot of tax dollars to make them this way.
Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools have fought any changes that would actually teach children other than the way they want them taught. Mainly it keeps a lot of people in well paying, cushy jobs.
They have been helped by political parties who know that if you keep people uneducated then you can manipulate them at will by any scare tactics or threaten to take away any Government money. That means you can get them to vote the way you want.
It is the old, If I pay you then you vote the way I want and you should not bother to ask where the money is coming from.

All the person wanted to know was where in hell all these criminal vermin were coming from and you come back with a rant that sounds like a uninformed hack that just got kicked off of a high school debating team somewhere in Arkansas. I will tell you where they are coming from, They are coming from a society that no longer punishes the guilty, or looks the other way until it happens to a family member or themselves. Well guess what? They are wise to the fact that some of us won't defend ourselves. But I have news for any Thug, Punk, Turd, Gangbanger, Loser out there.......Pick the day and time..I WILL shoot and ask questions later. So basically quit blaming our school system you idiot. The REAL bad ones don't go anyway.

Actually, the schools are partly to blame when they allow convicted felons in class, keep known trouble-makers in school next to children that are trying to learn and make something of themselves, and ignore general and constant bad behaviour. Liberal, PC attitudes toward corporal punishment and calling a "spade" a spade can be traced back to a child's experience in today's schools. There was a time when small things got you expelled. Now, you probably have to murder a teacher to get kicked out. Even then, you won't do any jail time. Just as Kendrick Hammond.
While, obviously, schools don't shoulder all of the blame, they would certainly be a good place to start reform.

Parents...I blame the parents alot for the way many of these youths are today. In my line of work, I deal with these juveniles on a daily basis. They are disrespectful and out of control. They have no concern or respect for another human being, yet alone property. Now, im not saying all youth, but the problem ones and you all know what I mean. When you deal with these young thugs you wonder how they got to this point. THEN, you talk to or meet with their parents and it all becomes clear. Believe me, parents are alot to blame for todays youth and their actions.
When you have a 12,13,14 year old child walking the streets at 10:00-11:00 at night, hanging out with the other hood folks in the neighborhood, and as a parent you dont know where or who your child is with...there is a big problem, AS A PARENT.

Yes, for some of these thug kids we should blame the PARENTS for how their children act! However, I do know some wonderful people who have done everything to be good parents and the kid still rebels. Parents like the woman who went and started a problem at the high school should be investigated by social services. I wonder how many other monsters she created.

Mama, daddy, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, whoever the family is. It starts were they LIVE, who they live with, how they live. Then it leaves home and takes it to school, in the streets, where ever they are. And I don't have a Phd. this just COMMON SENSE!

They come from parents that don't care. If prayer was put back in schools and the teachers/principal was allowed to once again whip kids that are bad, things might change back the way they were. If laws were enfoced to stop them from wearing their pants to their knees (which originated in prison..one prisoner telling another he would take it in the rear which is digusting) it would be a big help. Parents need to be accountable for what they do. When they get tired of paying big fines then maybe they would crack down. If evictions were put online for landlords to see and refuse to rent to these people then they would eventually have to move to another city but the county won't do it because it's big revenue for them. Then the judges don't do their jobs and let them off the hook so we are all in a no win situation. Every day we read the news. One has been shot and killed. I guess we could wait until they have all killed each other. They are all ignorant and think they are owed. I don't owe them anything. I'll give them the same respect they give me. I won't be intimidated by any. Charlotte is one screwed up city. Thanks to the lawmakers.
