Assisted CFD with fire at Edwin Towers. One patient was transported and others treated at the scene. One patient was transported to the Chapel Hill burn center for treatment. Investigators responded to the scene.

The victim stated that four males, one armed with a handgun, assaulted him by punching him and took his green Acura. The victim was not injured. The suspects fled in an unknown direction of travel.

The victim reported that a black male wearing a blue baseball cap, black jacket and dark pants armed with a rifle robbed him. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries.
