18:10 Traffic Stop
Officers initiated a traffic stop. They attempted to take a subject into custody at which time he resisted arrest. Officer #1878 involved in a "Use of Force" and was finally able to take the suspect into custody. The suspect sustained minor injury, but refused medic. No injury to the officer.

The victim was robbed and shot by a known suspect. The suspect fled on foot. The victim was transported by medic w/ a NLT gunshot wound.
