00:03 Break/Enter Residential-Occupied
Victim stated that three BMs forcibly entered his residence. One of the suspects was armed with a grey hand gun. The victim who was also armed fired shots at the suspects. The suspects returned fire and fled the scene. No injuries reported.

Victim stated he was in his hotel room with the door partially open. The victim stated that the suspect described as a BM 6ft 3in 220 lbs entered his room armed with a pistol and demanded the victims property. The suspect fled the scene in a white two door vehicle. There were no in juries reported.

Three armed b/m robbed the victim of her vehicle at gunpoint. Officers later spotted the vehicle and were engaged in a brief vehicle pursuit. All three suspect have been arrested.

Officers engaged in a vehicle pursuit w/ a grey Mercury Grand Marquis w/ tinted windows, NC VRL-6839, which was the suspect vehicle from an earlier ADW-shooting into an occupied vehicle. While going through the intersection of Beatties Ford @ Lasalle St., officer #3565, operating PDA 671, who was involved in the pursuit, was struck by another vehicle. At that time, officers terminated the pursuit. No injuries.
