Why not leave the courts out of it?

Since property crime is a freebee here in the great state of mecklenburg, and the court system does nothing but encourage criminals by not punishing them, how can we bypass the court system to get justice?

:)Tar and feathering criminals might sound out of date ,but it has it's appealing side.

Just a thought........ And I know you can't take justice in your own hands.

How ever much time it is determined that they spent in your house THAT is how much time you have alone in a room with them.

No more crime.

You are right, BUT you can take your own personal protection into your own hands. That's why everyone needs to man up, arm themselves; begin neighborhood watches; become a volunteer for the police department; apply to (in your case, Charlotte's) CMPD Citizen's Academy. Lots of stuff you can do.
