I would like to see every crack head in Charlotte attend his retirement party and tell him how good a job he did .
They could give him gifts of copper wire and your neighbors copper water pipes. Another suggested gift idea would be catalytic converters and GPS units.
It is the least they could do for him,he has been so good to all of our criminal friends.
People who SHOULD NOT ATTEND are Landscapers and Contractors unless they want to give him a bill for 1,521,472 weed eaters,backpack blowers,lawnmowers and all kinds of tools and utility trailers which were stolen under his watch.
I think he would appreciate the thought.
