I would like to see every Crack Head in Charlotte attend the Chief's retirement party.
They could bring him gifts of copper wire and your neighbors copper water pipes. Another gift idea would be catalytic converters and GPS units.
After all they have been such good friends!!!
People who SHOULD NOT ATTEND are contractors and landscapers unless they want to give him a bill for 1,521,472 weed eaters,backpack blowers, lawnmowers, all kinds of tools and utility trailers which were stolen under his watch.
