North Tryon Div. Officers searching for a suspect involved in a larceny from the Shell Station 1120 W. Sugar Creek Rd. earlier this date.The suspect was spotted and taken into custody.

Suspicious item found by a home owner digging in his yard, appears to be an old Hand Grenade. Bomb Squad Tech. contacted, responding, no injuries.

The suspect entered the listed location armed with a hand gun. The suspect took property from the business and fled on foot. No injuries were reported. The suspects was a BM wearing a red shirt.

7/26/2008 02:23 Robbery from Person - Armed
Victim was at the listed location when he was approached by three BM suspects. The suspects struck the victim in the head causing a large cut to his forehead. The suspects took property from the victim and fled the scene in a red mini van. The victim was treated at CMC for his non life threatening injuries.
